Khidoyatzoda Komron
graduated from the department of history and international relations of the Russian-Tajik (Slavic) University. Chairman of the Youth Branch of Central Asian Expert Club “European Development” (since 2014). Head of representative office of the Eurasian Movement of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tajikistan. Expert of the Centre for Eurasian Studies (since 2016). An intern of the Department of Information, Print, Analysis and Foreign Political Planning of the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Tajikistan (August 2015-August 2016). From December 2014 until now, an editor of the diplomatic newsletter MISSION.
Mikhail Petrushkov
chairman of the Business Development Centre of Republic of Tajikistan, national coordinator of Publish What You Pay, a member of the Board of the Coalition of Civil Society Organisations of the Republic of Tajikistan. A member of the Armenian and Georgian communities of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Khurramov Khursand
political analyst. He has graduated from the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, majoring in international relations. Currently, he is a PhD student of the department of political analysis and forecasting of the RUDN University. Area of expertise: political regimes in Central Asia.
Mullojanov (Mullojonov) Parviz
Ph.D., political analyst, Orientalist and freelance researcher from Tajikistan. He has earned doctoral degree in Islamic studies at the University of Basel (Switzerland). A graduate of the department of Oriental studies of TGNU, Arabic department. He is a member of inter-Tajik dialogue – an international peace-making initiative during the civil war in Tajikistan, a member of the research group of EUCAM (EU-Central Asia monitoring project). He has worked with various international organisations and agencies such as Human Rights Watch/Helsinki, UNCHR, UNDP and ADB. He is the author of over 40 research articles and publications.
Kuvatova Alla
sociologist, PhD, assistant professor, head of chair of history and theory of journalism and electronic media of the Russian-Tajik (Slavic) University. Education: Tajik State University, department of history; Institute of Sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, postgraduate studies; alumna of Fulbright Programme (2002, University of Montana, USA). She is the author of over 100 publications on sociology, gender studies, journalism.
Iskandarov Kosimsho
Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, expert in Afghanistan, historian, and political analyst. He graduated from the Lenin Tajik State University (TNU) in 1979, department of history. He has over 200 monographic studies and articles on the problems of Afghanistan, regional security, Tajik-Afghan relations, as well as on public administration issues.
Davlatov Nurali
analytical journalist. He has graduated the historical department of the Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 1992-1996, he was the fellow of the Institute of History at the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan. In 1997-1998, he was a correspondent of the weekly newspaper Sadam, in 1998-2003 – deputy chief editor of the weekly newspaper Javononi Tojikiston, in 2004 – acting chief editor of the weekly newspaper Odamuolam. In 2005-2006 – deputy chief editor of the weekly newspaper Millat. In 2006-2008 – chief editor of weekly newspaper Nigoh. In 2008-2013 – deputy chief editor of daily newspaper Faraj. Currently, he is a freelance journalist.
Davlatov Zoir
graduated from the department of Arabic studies of the faculty of Oriental studies at the National University of Tajikistan in 2000, postgraduate school at the Institute of Arabic research and study of the Arab League in Cairo, Egypt. In 2001 to 2004, he worked as a freelance correspondent in Egypt, then as the teacher of Arabic language at the National University of Tajikistan. He is the author of dozens of analytical articles regarding the issues of international relations and situation in the Middle East published in the domestic press. Currently, he is studying the relations between the Central Asian states and Arab states.
Bondarenko Konstantin
public figure, economist.  In 2015, he earned Executive Master degree in Development Policies and Practices at the Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva, Switzerland). Since 2015, student in the master’s programme of Kyiv School of Economics in the Master of Business Administration. From 2001 to 2007, he worked in executive positions at the Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Tajikistan. In 2009-2010, he was executive director of the National Association of Small and Medium Businesses of the Republic of Tajikistan. In 2010, he became the founder and chairperson of public organisation “Centre for Free Market of Tajikistan”, an independent think-tank that performs active educational, analytical and research activities in the field of economic development of the Republic of Tajikistan on the basis of liberal values. Lecturer in free trade and government management of the economy; coach and consultant in the field of organisation development and strategic planning. Co-author of several research and analytical works dedicated to the development of entrepreneurship and business environment, pension reform, government management of telecommunications, etc. Author of approximately 60 articles published in the media of Tajikistan, Central Asia and Ukraine.
Arifov Hamidjon
in 1971 graduated from Geophysical Institute of Leningrad Mining Institute, major: Mining Geophysical Engineer, since 1990 – Candidate of geological-mineralogical sciences. Work experience in the energy industry of USSR and Tajikistan – 34 years. He has taken part in surveys of power lines, substations, small scale power plants in various regions of USSR: Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakstan, Russian Federation. From 2000 to 2008, he was Director of Tajik Research Department of Energy of Barqi Tojik Open Joint-Stock Holding Company. Awarded for excellence in Barqi Tojik. Since 2005 – Secretary of Tajik National Committee of the International Commission on Large Dams, associate member of the Engineering Academy of the Republic of Tajikistan. Author of 80+ publications in academic periodicals, materials of international conferences and international forums, as well as in newspapers of Tajikistan and Russian Federation covering the issues of application of geophysical and engineering-geological methods of improving safety of power networks, water and hydraulic facilities, practical application of international water law.
